Managing Accounts
The "Accounts" tab is where you will add accounts/amend information such as username and password, and delete accounts entirely.
Importing Accounts
You can import accounts under the "Accounts" tab located on the left hand side. You may add accounts manually, or bulk upload. To bulk import, please select "Import CSV" and download the sample format. *Please note - tickets will not populate until the account has been swept. To sweep an account, click on the broom icon under the "Actions" column. You will see a notification alerting you that the sweep has started, and another notification alerting that the sweep has completed or failed. After this you can find all orders from an account located in the "Inventory" tab. *Please note - it is important to keep account usernames/passwords up to date as the app can not properly sweep an account or populate barcodes in the event the account information is incorrect.
Editing Accounts
Displayed next to the list of accounts, you will find an "Actions" column. From here you can easily make any necessary amends to account info or delete an account entirely. This is important as for example many barcodes are delivery delayed - and it may be necessary to resweep an account closer to show to properly populate these types of barcodes. If we attempt to resweep accounts for delayed barcodes closer to show, and fail to automatically crawl, we will send a notification email asking you to update your account's information and resweep.
