Getting Started

Welcome to Ticket Access! This guide will help you quickly get up and running! In this section, we'll walk you through the essential steps to start using our tools effectively.

Step 1: Adding funds to your account

Before you can start generating ticket links, the first step is to add funds to your account. If you are a first time user you can reach out to us via Telegram for free trial credits so you can get familiar with our website.

To top up your account, first navigate to our website here and sign in. Once you're signed in, navigate to the top right of the page, click on your email, and then select "Add Credits." A popup will appear with an Ethereum address (see images below). Send funds to this address, and the corresponding amount in USD will be added to your account.

Step 2: Importing Accounts

Now that your account is funded, you’re going to want to navigate to the "Accounts" tab located on the left side of the page. This is where all your accounts that are imported will be located. On this page you can choose to either import accounts through a csv using the "Import CSV" button or individually through the "Add Account" button both located at the top right of the page. If you choose to import a CSV you can find a sample csv format if you click "Import CSV" top right of the page and click "Sample CSV". You will notice a checkbox labeled "Get Transfer Enabled Events?" when you go to add an account through the "Add Account" button. By checking this box, you will allow us to ingest all orders and tickets when sweeping an account. If left unchecked, only orders with non-transferable tickets will be ingested.

Step 3: Sweeping Accounts

After you have accounts imported you will see that each account has three action icons on the towards the right side of the page. These icons represent Editing, Sweeping and Deleting in this order from left to right. The "Sweeping" action will launch a task to get all orders and ticket barcode data from the selected account.

Once an account sweep is started you will see a notification bottom right of the page telling you an account sweep for that account has started. Usually these sweeps take 1-5 minutes to complete depending on the amount of orders on the account. After an account is finished being swept you will receive a notification telling you how many orders were found or, the reason the account sweep failed.

Finally, after you have successfully swept an account for tickets you can navigate to the "Inventory" tab on the left side of the page. This page is where you will find all successfully crawled inventory and generate links from. To generate a ticket link click the dropdown arrow for the an event and select the tickets you would like to make a link for using the checkboxes on the left side of the page. After you have one or more tickets selected go ahead and click the "Submit" button on the bottom of the table

A popup will appear with the tickets you selected confirming these are the tickets you want to generate a link for. After verifying the selected tickets are the ones you want to create a link for click "Generate" and a link will display at the bottom of the popup. The cost of a ticket link is calculated based on the number of tickets in the link, with each ticket priced at $0.75. Please note: Some tickets we cannot create ticket links for, please see the list of possible status a ticket can have below.

  • Disabled- Barcodes are not present on these tickets and a link cannot be made. (Usually due to tickets having a pending transfer or already transferred)

  • Fulfilled- Ticket barcodes are available and can be made into a link.

  • Delayed- Ticket barcodes are delayed until the date provided and a barcodeless link can be made. (We will attempt to auto-crawl barcodes for this link when they become available)

  • Wallet Only- Tickets are only available by adding them to Apple/Google wallet (Support for this coming soon)

  • Link Created- A link has already been created for this ticket - You can click on this text to bring you to the ticket link.
